The annealer, oven and tinning furnace is tube type. Easy to replace and maintenance.
The two ends of the furnace tube all ceramic sleeve design, to prevent the wire be scratched.
The water tank is re-cycle design and with water tank and pump.
The two ends of the hauling drum with revolving joints and can connect the re-cycle water for cooling.
Below the annealing furnace and upper of the take up has lights design, easy for workers to operate the wire.
